Our school is managed by Mr.
Law Yau Cheong who has more than 40 years of professional
culinary experience. The scale of our kitchen is the same as
a commercial kitchen, equipped with large stoves and professional
kitchen ware. We believe that aside from learning the theory
of cooking, students also need to experience working in a professional
kitchen.
Our classes are all taught by experienced chefs who are working
at restaurants and hotels, to ensure that all students can receive
a comprehensive professional training.
