Course Description : Classes
will be taught by professionally qualified teachers with cooking
demonstrations. Students will receive practical training from
which they can experience working in a commercial kitchen and
learn about the working procedure at the bar, the use of different
tools and stoves, cooking, handling and preserving the food.
Through this course, we hope to raise students' interests in
working in this industry as our objective is to continue to
enhance the food culture through nurturing young people to join
the restaurant business.
We also offer a variety of cooking classes where
you can improve your culinary skills. These are recurring courses,
students can join anytime.
Courses include:Bread and Patisserie, Chef Classes,
Dim Sum Class, Vegetarian Dishes.
All classes will be taught by professional chefs
who will teach from the easy steps to the hard steps with cooking
demonstrations and practical training.
